    1) wp-cli is supported on our shared hosting platform, just raise a ticket to request jailed shell access to be enabled on your account. We will then enable it at no charge and then you can run wp-cli accordingly.

    2) Dedicated IPs can be added for an additional cost on shared hosting, though in our opinion, nowadays there is little benefit/use case to require a dedicated IP on a shared hosting environment. Plus, the fact we run MailChannels outbound relay - more info on how that setup works here: https://blog.racknerd.com/introducing-mailchannels-email-delivery-for-shared-reseller-hosting-clients/

    3) We believe that the existing LVE allocations we have in place are healthy for a shared hosting environment. We find that clients that are reaching these limits should already be considering upgrading to a VPS or bare metal environment, and have naturally outgrown shared hosting.
