Really weird combination, 128GB ram and 5GB HDD. I think this call for a custom solution, you can create custom inquiry to some of provider here.
But I don't think the price will be less than $10 a month-- you should state your budget.

From personal tests free oracle VMs are good till the Oracle do maintenance so need to be ready to restore back up 🤔👌
