Seeking a "micro" VPS

As the title states, I need a very small VPS. Something with ~256MB of RAM and 500GB-1TB of bandwidth would be sufficient. Europe is preferred but not necessary. I'm okay with accepting a transfer as well. Yearly payment is fine as well.
