ovh doesn't keep a history of outages but right now there is no problem :

That's why I'm asking. Nothing at ovh status, then you have hiccups for half an hour, start a longtime mtr recording, nothing for that time, stop the mtr. 30 minutes later, 10 minutes later you get hiccups again.
