I think you really need to use a phrasing that we can understand. "4 processors with 6 cores at 3.6ghz (or +)"
To mortals like us, means you want 24 cores. 6 cores X 4 processors.

Or, the only way this can make sense is: "4 processors" as in 4 (shared) vcpu out the the 6cores of the ryzen (and even with that it is still low budget). But given the screenshot, it is really 4x Ryzen 3600. i.e 24 cores!

If you want 4vcpu cores then your best bet is netcup VPS and contabo.
webhorizon has no support after your purchase and completely ignores you, even if your vps goes down
