Ticket #392993 Submitted On 06/20/2022 and close at 08/31/2022,Unprocessed!

Ticket #118968 Submitted On 08/31/2022 and close at 09/02/2022,Unprocessed!

I had a problem with my balance, it suddenly decreased on its own, and not only did my request for a $3 transfer not work, but the refund did not happen either.

  • In other places, he's said that he uses a script to auto-close tickets that look like the most common problems that were resolved by recent fixes. It seems that when there were outages, the volume of tickets was far too high to process, and many people were opening multiple tickets for the same issue.

    If all your tickets are closed and you still have a problem, just create a new one.

    They're suspending accounts now.
    I don't think it's a good time to open tickets.

    Because gaslighting doesn’t work forever and customers will start demanding answers eventually no matter what forum they hide

    TLDR: a bunch of people broke several parts of our ToS and shocker, we're actually enforcing it. No poll on what we should do about it, no new policy, they're just getting the default treatment.

    To request additional information, do a suspension appeal as you usually would, but also provide documentation to prove account ownership such as ID matching the name on the account, a bill addressed to the same address on the account, proof of ownership of the payment account for all payments, and let us know what you're running on the service, how you acquired it, and how you accessed our website in detail. Also list any other accounts you may have, including any you may claim as being a friend, brother, sister, cousin, roommate, etc.

    They are laughing about the drama or crying people that will be post in LET about virmach in someway but they are seems really enjoying that someone create drama on their thread/based

    Their willnes for wipeout someone that complaining and their willnes for make their thread so crowd are contradict each other

    Now this is legit

    It seems they only provide service only for loyalist , not for outsider, thats why rating is bad but on their self thread rated good by other people
