- What bandwidth is allocated to my VPS?
For Tokyo Mini Pro VPS, we allocate each VPS with 600 GB bandwidth on 500 Mbps port. We count both incoming and outgoing bandwidth.
- What happen if bandwidth limit reached?
We will suspend your VPS to the end of the month when you reach the bandwidth limit in Asia-Pacific locations. You can upgrade your bandwidth at anytime in the client area.
- Do you allow service transfer?
For all VPS products, we do not allow account transfer.
- What ports do you block?
We block outgoing port 25 to prevent spamming, if you need to use port 25 for sending emails, you can contact us or use 3rd party email sending service.

Upgrade Tokyo Mini to Mini Pro Plan
All customers purchased Mini plan before 15th October 2022 are eligible to upgrade their service to Mini Pro by merging service period.
E.g., one purchased 3-year Mini plan now can order Mini Pro plan and then request to merge 3-year service period into the new Mini Pro service by submitting a support ticket. The Mini Pro service will now extended to 4 year and also terminating the Mini service.

The upstream is Softbank, it's the cheapest you can find on the market with such network.

There's a rule in V.PS's AUP about Adult content:
xTom does not allow ANY adult related content to be hosted on its servers.

We do not allow adult related content for VPS customers. For dedicated servers, colocation and IPT customers, you must comply with the laws of Germany, EU and the place of where your server is located.
