Sell it with twice the price
make android app with shit tons of ads and buy 3x 3€ VPS in 3 continents from OVHCloud, and install VPN on them and hook it into the free app.
If you get 1000 regular users, that alone is 300€/m from the ads inside the app alone or 500€/m if you also enable spam notifications for the phone.
You dont even need to sell the VPN cause the ad revenue will generate enough money via admob or facebook ads or both.
