    In your case, your particular ticket was unanswered for weeks but you made a general assumption that the provider "doesnt reply tickets", as if you have an overview of their tickets in their ticketing system to confirm that.

    This seems to be a good offer.
    However my ticket for HK NAT has not been answered for a week, making me hesitant to purchase a new one.

    I must mention NAT services use a different support department as they come with limited support. It will be resolved eventually but might take some time it's best effort.

    On the other hand, all plans mentioned in this offer post come with standard support which is faster :)
