Need Russian VPS

Need Russian VPS for VPN.
As such, only need traffic, rest could be very low. Traffic must be at least 500 gb a month.
As cheap as possible, don't want to pay Putler more than absolutely needed :P

    Wait for Aeza promo plan!

    Edit: Just remembered it's no available in Russia, even though it's their main location.

    So they start at about 6 EUR.

    Not that cheap, but about the same price as Veesp with 2x the RAM and 10 GBits/s instead of 200 Mbps.

    Edit 2: They offer 3 international card payment gateways to try to circumvent sanctions, they told me for some they work (or at least 1), for some, none work.

    For me, nothing worked (but I only tried 2, the third one had a minimum deposit of like 20+ eur).

    There's crypto though. And card might work for you. Higher chances if you've got more cards :D

    I looked and found justhost has okayish price, from 20 a year, maybe the state gets 1-2, I donated much more for the defenders.
    I would have wanted something monthly at that price to test as the traffic is fair share and i am afraid i might have some torrenters around.
    It is acceptable, if someone can best that, or give a trial because this is going to be a latency dependent project.
    Also, commercial VPNs at about 50 ms would work too if they support wireguard or at least openvpn.

    Russia sells mainly defensive weapons. Numerous Kalashnikovs are mostly unlicensed and were produced all over the world without the permission and knowledge of Russia.

    Cheapest you will find is Firstbyte 55 rub/month but limited to 1 per customer. Their network is better among cheapest hosts coming from Russia.

    For those priced in rubley, are they accepting paypal or cc?
    Traffic volume is not that important, latency is, from outside Russia I am not able to go lower than 60 ms for some reason. I tried from france, germany, poland, cz, ukraine and romania, of course. I need ideally 30 ms, 40 could be worked with, some people in russia from residential networks went even below 20 so I hope i could easily get below 40 from a dc with presumably good peering inside, but not if I am on a best effort connection saturated by torrenters, i need stability too at all hours.

    Thank you all. I went with justhost. There is some jitter, but it looks stable enough.
    If there are significant variations, I will expand the tests.
    Right now I am getting a bit over 30 ms at worst, usually it is below.
    TBH I didn't expect it and when I had connection drops I was saying, fuck it, I got screwed. Turns out it was the other end experiencing problems, just as I was testing :P
