• I want to host my website and torrent in one VPS
• No matter of Country
• 1core , 256-512MB of ram , 20GB+ HDD Sata ll
• Private use.

But I really need a cheap VPS

@oroooat - you need to be looking at one of the companies that doesn't really care about DMCA headaches, look for the ones that are not registered companies, they are usually quite happy to provide seedboxes.

Doesn't cost that much to meet ur needs. DigitalOcean works perfect for your requirements. I sent a ticket asking them if I can use 100% of the cores all the time, Their support replied as long as the node doesn't complain, no problem.
