Is Hetzner Robot interface down for anyone else?

I fully lost my trust in them when I had to argue about my VM and their whole website going down (they claim that wasn’t the case).
Later, I even found proof in my actual Hetzner console, the VM at the point that I complained had had the status ”VM Couldn’t be found” or something like that. In their own actual logs.
The fact that they argue against me before checking their own logs screamed incompetence, so I switched and as of yesterday my account’s deleted.
