Recommendations for providers who allow public VPN to be run on their servers

Hi,
I am helping a few friends build a decentralized VPN system. Part of the network will also include virtual servers running an implementation of WireGuard allowing users to connect to them as VPN gateways. I want to compile a list of providers who allow public VPN to be run on their nodes.
Thanks!

@MannDude (incognet) might be able to assist with this?
I would look at providers that are lax in terms of Tor exit nodes. While not the same as what you ask, I think public VPN comes close to running a Tor exit node.
Is it fully public or do people need to "register" with you or your friends so you can vet who is using the VPN.
Sounds like a good project. We'll allow it.
We allow this. I've sent you a PM with some details.
Thank you @MannDude, @Hivelocity (and @Havy for the tag). We will be publishing a list of providers to the community and people will sign-up and run the Wireguard setup script (modified). I will share the setup script as well (once it is ready) so you know exactly what the users will be doing.
It is public. Users pay/GB consumed using a crypto token called BOP. Operators run the script from the cloud or through Custom Pis (purchased from https://store.motherbored.limited/) and earn BOP for data that flows through the node.
The Tor exit nodes idea is good, will be on a hunt for that as well.
We allow VPN servers on our compute! We also offer 10 Gigabit which could be super helpful for something more network-specific like this. Check us out at https://cloud.hye.gg/compute
Thank you @Hye Added to my list.
Well go with my list, if you will have a VPN project you will need a good hosting providers that tolerate some contents, otherwise can be a headache for you or for the project.
I choose you to use this hostings in this list. I will tell you the location, most of them allow freedom of speech and VPNs projects (but confirm in AUP)
Take a look in those providers, some may allow only in dedicated servers others in VPS.
https://privatelayer.com/virtualservers.php (Switzerland, I saw they allow TOR)
https://alexhost.com/vps/ (Allow TOR Bridges and TOR Relays, but not TOR Exit Node!) - Location: Moldova
https://novogara.com/ (Pretty sure they allow) - Location: Netherlands
https://incognet.io/kvm-vps - (Pretty sure they allow also TOR) confirm with owner @MannDude, Locations - NL, US and Finland
https://buyvm.net/ (This is also a good provider I think they allow TOR connections and VPN for sure) - Locations: Luxembourg, US)
https://svea.net/ - Location: Sweden
https://ginernet.com/en/vps/ - Location: Spanish
https://www.urdn.com.ua/ Location: Sweden or Ukraine?
https://njal.la/servers/ Location: Sweden
https://serverastra.com/ Location: Hungary
https://prq.se/ Location: Sweden
Let me know if this works fine for you @abytecurious
We allow Tor Relays. Also, we dropped Finland as a location a little while back. We're going to focus mainly on central USA and Netherlands. 😀
Thanks @HostMT3 that's a great list.
We allow this as well (DediPath).
Thanks. Feel free to use it. And I recommend to check AUP one by one just to be sure that you are allowed, as you know providers change and update time to time their TOS or AUP.
Does your host support IPv6?
https://hostslick.com/vps.php
If you mean Tor, Exit Nodes are allowed only on dedicated servers
Relays are fine on VPS.
Should not be a problem so far:
Allow VPNs on VPS:
https://www.ipax.at/ Austria and HQ
https://xethost.com/ Hungary and HQ
https://gmhost.hosting/
https://www.ionos.de/
https://www.ihor.online/vds RU
https://kernelfx.de/ DE
https://finaltek.com/ CZ
Allow VPNs on dedicated servers/ SBC‘s:
https://www.hosttech.at/ Austria/ Switzerland and HQ
https://finaltek.com/ CZ
https://easyserver.at/ Austria and HQ
All of the obove are fine with Tor exitnodes too. Just ipax and hosttech do not allow exits. But these two are really good for guard nodes.
Thanks @MarkLuun great list
Do you have any looking glass?

Good list, but some of them need to be discarded because of AUP & TOS.
B1 - yabs please
@Hye
Here you go, http://us-ash-1.hye.gg:81, our first server in London is coming in today so I'll have to wait to give you that one
Sorry for the delay, I'll get you that later today or tomorrow.
