In this part, we provide a list of VPS providers that you can use it to buy a VPS.
Please Don't hesitate to add your preferred service in the comment so we can make it better and better together. We put this list in this repository . Please add Start to it if you like it :)

We do not include cheap VPS with less than 0.5GB RAM and less than 12 months in this list. The price in this list is the average of 12 month.

    Nice! That 1 euro IONOS comes with Plesk Web Host Edition as well it seems.

    They seem to implement contracts though, and I know there's horror stories, but could be a good deal.

    Asked them what virtualization was used on their regular VPS line:

    Me: Hi, on regular VPS, what does full virtulization mean? KVM? VMware? XEN?

    Them:

    KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine)enables you to run to operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
    Virtual machine software from VMware
    is a compute resource that uses software instead of a physical computer to run programs and deploy apps.

    All of them you can install in our VPS

    it is compatible

    As it is described in the first line, the VPS less than 512mb of RAM are excluded

    In theory, Oracle Cloud offers up to 4 VPS for free to each user (2 x64 + 2 ARM64 or 1 x64 + 3 ARM64 or 4 ARM64) but in practice the ARM64 server availability is spotty. The free ARM64 server also have up to 4 Gbps link if all the 4 cores are allocated (Speedtest confirm the numbers, though actual yabs result is more in the range of 300-600 Mbps). Also, the free x64 link is 500 Mbps, or somewhat close to 50 MBps.

    I don't have it. I checked the website it was still 1GB but it is written that from 1 Oct. it will be 100GB.

    I think AWS has only 1vCPU and 15 GB bandwidth. Also, euserv.com has a setup fee of 2.38 EUR.
