Hasn't burstnet already stated that their filtering is to not be used all the time? and that it's there to protect their clients from abusive clients? I know there was a few people that asked them to tank a gig or two and they told them to go away.

I took a quick guess since there's so few DC's that really have any sort of filtering past nullroutes. I don't remember interserver having filtering.
