1. Restart the VPS in control panel;
2. Manually resize the partition on VPS like this:

There seems to be a programme automatically resizing partition / filesystem by cloud-init, but I don't remember exactly.

Do note that we believe you are right on the limit on the requirements so we have only deployed you on the basic package for now and you can rather apply for increased resources at a later point (pending no abuse of course).
