I thought this request wasn't possible to find, but I found this Indonesian provider offering 4 GB RAM 2 CPU NAT VPS in Singapore for 50k IDR monthly ($3.3). The payment method may be difficult for foreigners though.

I have several vps with them, uptime is pretty good but no support

I would like to try them out but they don't seem to accept PayPal or credit cards. Only local payments in Indonesia.
