Cheap Windows Hyper-v VPS ?

Hello,

I'm looking for cheap windows Hyper-v VPS to run SEO tools, I have tried KVM but the program or webrowser is not responsive and sometimes hangs so I need to kill the process in the task manager, I don't know if it apply to all KVM or I'm using bad provider

I need Hyper-v with Specs at least 2Gb Ram, 2 CPU, price under $25 and my current options

We have a lot of SEO customer from BBHF, IMGLORY, IMS, TP2P and we use a lot of SEO tools internally never saw any problem with KVM.

however we setup KVM with VirtIO and that's help a lot.
What SEO tools you have issue with ?

Both accuweb and softsys are great providers. Regarding your experience, we cannot blame them, for unmanged VPS, all providers charge for such kind of support when you mess up some thing.

To be honest, from my experience you cannot get good vps esp hyper-v below that price.
