Server for Running OBS

What would be an affordable option for running OBS on linux? I currently have a VPS that is running on a loop but the fps is only 10 due to lack of a GPU.

I'd prefer NOT to use ohBubble.

Any location is good and will only be running Mp3s and a video loop.

Thanks for any help.

Its a playlist with images and videos and other media. Not just mp3s.

I heard YouTube can do video, too.

Great if you can show me how to load different video loops with no audio and combine them with mp3s that will change weekly and load random images and change these images as desired without stopping the stream at the same time that would be appreciated....
