I was pretty sure when provider has VPS and VDS in title then they know the difference, but looks I was juked again and they just use both names as VPS, lmao.

This is a Russian company so you probably don't have to worry about all the western crap like DMCA, GDPR, etc because the whiners can take it up with Putin. The real value is in their Moscow servers, IMO.
