they are back online! my VPS just came back from the dead and website is also back
Even though they are back online,but too long time issue,they will lost most of the customers. I have decited to leave them.
same here... and they didn't even said what happened...
The correct action,they at least need to make a simple homepage saying what is happen,they are working on it and leave valid contact method.
Long time no reponse,that makes me seems that they care nothing about the customers.
