What If the OP keeps doing it and plays the noob each time and asks for things. What If he scams another member, then disappears, only to use another account. The potential for abuse is much greater, especially when some people want to help, who they think is a different person each time.
I am still trying to figure out how the moderators and others knew that this was an alternate account. Are they seeing hidden information that we do not see, such as common source IP addresses, or am I missing the clues?
There are additional methods, but it would be irresponsible to list them so would be scammers get a heads up
Yes there are some elements that are not publicly shown but are shown on the moderation side.
What you see is not the same as what the staff sees.

First of all,I am not a liar. When I saw that someone thought I was a scammer, I felt angry and aggrieved.For
the reason that my account was banned ,where i don't kown what happened, I had no way to explain. The administrator thought I was a alt account, but in fact, I'm not. I only have this lowendtalk account.(But finally,they found that it was a misunderstanding). You can say i am poor or even call me unclever, but please don't slander me. Words couldn't express my sincere appreciation to @dahartigan,whom supported and ,without exaggeration,gave me a glimsp of light during my hard and miserable covid-19 of unemployment ,failure ,being abandoned...... And now i am back ,i am openid ,the only one account in lowendtalk,hoping to meet even more nice guy here and to help others as @dahartigan had done. so here ,i wanted to thank dahartigan for his kindness and patince ,and thank to the President Jon Biloh to make me have another chance to prove that i ,openid,is not a cheater.
