I am looking for a VPS in Europe (continent) with price less than or equal to $3 per month with the following specs:

• RAM: >= 1GB
• CPU: >= 2 cores
• Disk: >= 20GB
• Bandwidth: >= 500GB per month (even if I won't use so much bandwidth for sure)
• Internet speed: >= 100mbps (shared)
• Very good uptime

I have 1GB VPS for lower price, ticking all the boxes except 2 CPU cores.

Even with that is quite cheap for what he wants. OP needs to increase a little his price. Or he will face issues in renewing invoice.
