  • @vivucloud said: and need about 2000 server

lol what? Just get a dedi or two + ip range. It'll be cheaper for you.

There are many things that require separate servers, not just spam

  • @vivucloud said: i need 1 server for it to work, not just IP

Not sure what you mean by 1 server but yeah, just get a dedi or two and create your own VPSs on them.

I'm not an IT engineer, it's too hard to set up and there's no guarantee of continuity.

So after you're done spamming for a month you won't renew it?

Depending on my project if it works well I will still renew it. I DON'T USE IT FOR SPAM.

  • Again, this is a small project of mine and not spam, if spam I need 1-2 or 2-4 is enough.

Setting up 2000 separate servers is much harder than launching 2000 containers in few big dedicated servers.

I'm not an IT expert, so setting up physical servers is very difficult for me, for companies providing vps: 2000 servers just 1 click.

Setting up physical server is easy:

    1. Insert Debian CD-ROM.
    2. Install OS.
    3. Download virt-manager or LXC.
    4. Create virtual machines.

When you order dedicated server, the provider will finish first and second steps for you.

    Spend one day to learn.
You can then have 2000 containers for $300/month instead of $10000/month.

This is one of the most straightforward helpful comments you've posted... Everything ok?

You've got to wonder why he doesn't just use a cloud provider.

He wants 8GB RAM and 2 cores for < $7/m.

This sounds like a crypto project to be honest.

And 2k of them. I doubt anyone but AWS, Azure or GCP have that sitting about ready to buy. So... My vote goes to no chance, not possible.

You need a Host Rep tag if you want to reply to requests with an offer, even if what you offer is a service that is not hosting per se

Oh ok. My apologies. Can you kindly delete the comment offering my service?

    This.

Obviously, these 2000 containers won't have dedicated IPv4 addresses.
The request didn't ask for IPv4, so we default to LXC NAT.
    $300 pays for a dedicated server with 32 cores, 512GB RAM, 8TB HDD RAID 0, 2 IPv4 and /56 IPv6.

    @Francisco said:

On the $300 dedicated server described above, each of 2000 containers has 256MB physical RAM.
It's overselling at the factor of 32x, but nothing will go wrong if most of the containers are idle.

    Crypto project?
    Not gonna work.

Because he's banned from them for sending spam or selling counterfeit shoes?

No? He wants 16tb of ram. You’re still talking many thousands a month as well as needing a /21 of IPs. $10k/m might very well be on point.

all servers will be up and running without downtime unless they are deleted.

We can help you with this if Europe/Netherlands is fine too.

As well done more then 4k vps for a Chinese customer before.

We can set custom hostnames on all. Pre-install Software and load your ssh key. Then provide a Master report in excel etc.

We have Many dedicated servers in stock to handle this. You can talk to us about your project. With Our partners we can arrange the needed amount of additional ipv4.

Our requirement is a long-term partnership.

    Thanks.
