Looking for VDS with Voxility or Corero

Im looking a VDS with these performances
10-12GB RAM
50-80GB SSD/NVME
4 Dedicated Cores (Must be Ryzen or Intel 3.6@Ghz+ Higher)
Voxility or Corero DDoS Protection (Voxility Preferable)
My current plan is 16GB RAM Threadripper 4.20GHZ with 4 Cores 18€/m Vox Unmetered
Bandwidth 20GBPS Uplink.
Location: Germany,UK,Netherlands. [ Must be ]
Edit: The reason i wanna switch its the lack of support.

Is the 20gbps uplink a requirement?
My currect uplink its 20 , but doesnt matter 1gps its fine.
That will make a big difference if you can accept 1gbps port speed.
Not a ton of of providers doing 20 gbps on a call vps these days.
I have x2 10gbit lines directly from Voxility , but as i said 1gbps it's fine with me.

I know the only one thing of the description of such provider.
That the provider that offer 16GB RAM, 4 Cores, and big uplink for 18 euro = SUCKS. (18 euro for such resources way too low price)
Otherwise why need to switch it?
