Looking for low-end VPS with high bandwidth

Hey, back in the look again.

Calin (iHostArt) decided to terminate my VM without warning because well, it's Calin (you know what I mean). I knew the risk, nothing important was stored there. Anyway what I had was:

1 vCPU cheap slow as hell KVM VPS
1 IPv4
1 GB RAM
1 TB Storage
10 TB Bandwidth @ 1 Gbps
DMCA free.

Location: Romania

Cost: 4 USD/mo (monthly plan)

What am I looking for:

KVM VPS with at least:

1 vCPU
1 GB RAM (although 2 would be perfect)
500 GB storage (doesn't have to be fast)
5 TB bandwidth @ 300 mbps
DMCA free
Location: Near Atlanta (US) is better

Budget: 8 USD or equivalent in Euros.

I'm not asking for the same that I had because it's impossible but something a little bit more expensive should do the trick. My current idea is to jump to BuyVM.
