    $3 difference cannot pay for the IPv4.
    You may be able to upgrade to $24 deal.

    Only possible to upgrade to current available deals - e.g, you can pay the difference to upgrade to $24 deal which includes IPv4.

    Bought the lowest plan, maybe 10 hours ago. still didn't get the email confirmation (spam folder checked). Invoice paid, can even login to the panel. I need the email containing hosting details.
