Requirements:
1. 1 vCore
2. >= 256MB of RAM
3. >= 3TB of monthly transfer

Cost, you ask? See, title. Do not suggest for me to use a VPN provider, I am not interested in going down that route.

    Maybe you could consider Naranja, a Spanish IDC that sells VPS in the Netherlands.

    We are a US company and we do not ignore DMCA requests.
