GreenCloudVPS actually allows and even encourages reselling VPS inside one's account without doing a service transfer.
Seller simply gives VPS password to the buyer, and may provide additional services such as website management.

Yes it’s allowed, but the customer is responsible and will need to provide support for all VPS inside the account.
