OVH/Kimsufi RAID

Does anyone have Kimsufi KS-15 (3× 2TB HDD SATA Soft RAID)?

I would like to know what RAID levels are supported from OVH console for this 3 disk setup. Is possible to do uncommon levels like RAID 1E?

What prevents you from booting your own ISO via the console and make any setup you wish?
They will give you that option for free, for a couple of hours.

To my knowledge, Kimsufi servers don't get console access.

True, was speaking about official KVM.
