What latency? Your website is hosted at BlueVM/ColoCrossing in Chicago. The slow load times are because your server is either overloaded, under attack, or just fcked up (I vote for "just fcked up") not because of "latency"
Do a search on his "partner" sites dreamtera and goldline if you want more amusement (nulled WHMCS, warez hosting, multiple bannings from LET under various IDs)
