Hetzner Network speed between Germany and Finland?

I've seen some post saying that hetzner Germany will have faster internet speed than hetzner Finland, is the difference really that big? I'm currently using hetzner Finland with 10Gbps uplink, is it worth to pay the setup fees again to move it to hetzner Germany?

The billing is unclear for the setup and you never get even half of that during peak times.

I'm already using 10Gbps uplink for finland server, but I heard germany might have better connection than finland
