Looking at BGP.tools for the ASN you specified (https://bgp.tools/as/60503#connectivity), it appears that you aren't directly connected to the networks and IX's you list and instead use Voxility and NForce Entertainment as the upstream connectivity for HyperFilter. Are you able to confirm whether you are reselling their protection, and if not under which ASN is HyperFilter actually connected to the networks you specified?
