Help Partition for Hetzner Server

Can anyone help me how to create /home Partition on Hetzner (Dedicated) ?

Is this an existing installation? If so what OS, and what are your existing partitions? Do you have any free space on the disks to use?

I will use Almalinux for new Installation for this new dedicated server
If it's a new installation, and you have no free drive space to allocate to a new partition, you should just reinstall the OS by booting into Hetzner rescue image then running "installimage". There you can specify partitions for install. By default Hetzner allocates all space to /.
You better use the installimage script as stated previously.
