3-4gb ram SSD Openvz VPS

So i'm on the outlook for a 3-4GB Openvz SSD VPS with 1gbps port basically and perhaps 2cpu's for a friend minecraft server at the moment. Budget is $15 or lower per month.

Do you guys know anybody that can do this? I was looking at Ramnode but their prices were too high for my friends budget.

Not to mention, we only need around 30GB disk space raid 10 if possible.

We can do this for $12/month. If you prefer hdd you can get for less than $8/month.
