8 vcpu better then 2 dedicated cores?
If you aren't maxing out the CPUs 24/7, go with the 8 vCPU VPS.
GreenCloud will shutdown your vps if you uses 100% cpu for a period of time. They shutdown my vps multiple times without any warning ticket or email. I need HetrixTools to notify me
If you want to use 100% cpu then go with dedicated cores

If so, switching to GreenCloud should be fine. They allow 30% average usage for each core according to their ToS (and you have 8). You're good as long as you aren't maxing out the CPUs for a long time.

The problem is with php-friends or netcup is that they dont accept credit card
Avoro is the same company as PHP-Friends and they accept credit cards. The specs are slightly different but the quality is the same.
How is the support of php-friends? Do they reply back in english? I am not able to see their site in English so asked. Their prices are really good.

Nope, only PHP-Friends which is their upstream, but they have become the same company. Their network is great. I'm keeping an eye on a deal from them too.

Server factory now sells vds with single thread with gb5 of 450 at $30/y normal price $50/y. php friends small vds gb5 is about 1600 for $7/m, so I assume it is equivalent to 4 dedicated threads?
