You don't really know what content someone has legal rights to. That's generally not public information.
I don't see any ads or pricing model, so if those contents are licensed, they're paying for it out of their own pocket. I don't get it either. Maybe the content are all "samples" that the owners want to give away for free.

same way as fembed, they are video hosting for 90% of piracy sites but as long they delete videos reported by dmca, i think leaseweb allow them to stay (also they for sure are a huuuuuuge client which spend xx.xxx $ montly)
