I need to test some bug for an opensource project but the issue seems only to be happening on a OpenVZ 7 Based VPS system.
It will be used to run few installs of an opensource project I am working on..
Requirements:
CPU: 1 core
Memory: 1GB
1 Ipv4
Storage + 20GB
OS: Debian 10+ or Ubuntu 20.04 LTS+ (Can live with 18.04)
Easy method to reinstall and not as buggy as Boomer.host where looking at it kills the VPS server
Network: I don't care 100mbit will works fine
Traffic everything over 50gb will work fine
Location: I don't care. US, CA, EU are all fine. Outside doesn't really matter I no running critical code that requires low ping.
Mail port: Not needed
Now comes the money part:
As cheap as possible preferable free... But everything under 5 euro / month I can live with.
No automatically renew as I don't need an extra idler...

Yeah by reinstall an OS for the first time in 2 month... The server had no load on it except running a nginx server with some apt packages for a beta "system"
Also the system it self is slow as s*** to reinstall. Took me few times over 1 hour for a reinstall...
