Sure, we can migrate your VPS to another location (or we can delete it and recreate it elsewhere if you don't have important data), you just need to open a support ticket.
We do not have a fixed limit for this operation, but if you are asking too many times, we might ask for other details to understand why you want to migrate the server and maybe we'll find you a permanent solution.

Even if we are collocated in M247 datacenters, we have our own equipment and infrastructure. In some locations, we even have different routes than m247 and independent connections.
