Does LXC still show the container's load average or the host node's load averages? The plans are quite tempting, but not being able to debug issues such as this is a major put-off.

A cursory glance at their post history shows they’re involved in forex trading, and it makes sense to use windows for that use case.

LXC does shows the hostnode load avarage. We are under 2 core avarage on most of the nodes.

We can't see what process is running inside a KVM/Windows VM. You will be notified. If there is no response from you, expect suspension.

We usually don't care about the CPU usage as long as you are not using 100% of CPU for a very long time. We have plenty of CPU cores just idling and we aren't like other CPU strict providers.

I've made an invoice inquiry, but no one has responded. Besides, how to use vps? Because I can't log in to the control panel, it prompts that the account password is wrong. Is it the same as the dashboard account password?
