How to protect UDP services against DDoS attack?
Seems that Racknerd's DDoS protection has protected my server from a DDoS attack yesterday, but while the DDoS protection was active, the server was re-routed from Multacom to Voxility. I found only TCP connection were forwarded and all UDP & ICMP packets were dropped. While my web services survived the attack, all service using UDP such as game server went offline, which is sad. Is there any solutions for protecting UDP services?

No need to protect against any attacks.
Have enough capacity so that you can handle all the requests without distinguishing whether they are attacked.
You probably would need something more specialized for game protection. AFAIK racknerd is really more of a “best-effort” sort of protection in the multacom DC (unless you had the special DDoS protected plans).
Ask @EvolutionHost for game protection.
There's a list of games they can protect, i.e. recognize normal traffic patterns: https://evolution-host.com/game-ddos-protection.php
But then, it's best to redesign your game so that it's fully distributed without any centralized server.
There's no single target to attack.
