My server keeps throwing up errors for some reason. I’ve gotten three emails that a ticket has been opened due to monitoring.
What would you like us to do about that? Have you contacted support to discuss the matter?

I encountered some issues, mostly due to me not being knowledgeable enough in the field but they helped me remarkably fast. The server was provisioned within an hour-ish. It wasn't a "Standard" configuration so I'm amazed it didn't took a day or two.
Support is top notch, the Discord community is quite active as well. I got responses via ticket within 5 minutes on a Sunday, and not some generic "looking into it" bs.
I'm running the above but with 2x480 RAID 1 and on proxmox plus a few extra IPs, nothing else.
If you've got a ticket number I can take a look for you, although at the moment from what I can see there's no monitoring tickets awaiting a response from us.

My bench result for the same servers is completely different, My SSD performs 3x slow and also CPU cores: 20 @ 1261.697 MHz but your servers have CPU cores: 20 @ 3600.000 MHz. Can you look at my server @dann00

Activate performance mode from the BIOS, otherwise the CPU boosts only when in load. I also installed the OS via KVM with zfs Raid 1.
I can confirm similar situation using the proxmox template from synergy, not exactly the maximum performance.

If you try that, all of our BIOS passwords are simply set to "password". For the drive speeds we can replace the SSD if you'd like and see how that goes, feel free to open a ticket and we'll be able to process this for you.

Just grabbed one of the $19.99 specials. Haven't configured IPv6 yet, but gave IPv4 an old-school bench.sh workout and it looks good. (Scroll to the bottom for Europe. The few missing times appear to have been transient errors; the few really bad speeds appear to speak more to the source network than to Pebble's network.) Pulling a test file off their looking glass also looks good from here in the States.
This seems like the kind of great value I love finding here on LET.
