    VDS as in Virtual Dedicated? If you have dedicated drive and that has failed it will take a long time like that, might be half failed where it is just very slow.

    Hardware fails, that's just reality of life. Contact their support to see what's going on. Also have patience, it's a weekend and entry level priced service -- you should not expect an super quick reply, set your expectations along the price point :)

    If you need that level of service you should go with Azure, AWS etc. similar, and expect to pay for the uptime guarantee, support etc.

    What software / "panel" do they use on the backend btw?

    I mean they are known for many things, but scamming? In IT sector? That's the new one. Do you happen to come from some other ex-YU republic? :) Or Serbia, Romania... that's all the same to you? :)
