It actually looks like scam... For example:

Maybe this is just paranoia, but from company which offers servers in such ultra exotic location as Cambodia I expect way more.

Parent company looks to be Kaopu Cloud - AS138915. They're at least peering in all of their exotic locations, and explains the Taipei confusion.
2004 is still a hell of a lot older than most hosts on this forum.
Seems you guys do not accept registration from an IPv6 address, which would lead to a "data too long" error.

If anyone remembers the thread of the guy asking for a VPS in Chinese Taipei, this is the host he posted an aff link for and then mod deleted the thread.

Before that it is a parked domain/empty.
On their site in April they listed their partners as Alibaba, Tencent, Huawei, Kingsoft, and Amazon. That info seems to have disappeared.
Well, none of this means they're definitely illegitimate. Maybe a legitimate Chinese company expanding to the west under a new brand name. At least the locations are more interesting than just another host with US nodes.
