Are there any $1 first month vps? just need 2GB RAM and all the other specs can be anything since I'm only using it to play around with docker apps

Docker APPs? There are some providers such as Heroku, Koyeb, Railway, Fly.io that provide free containers to host websites.
You can signup an Oracle OCI account and use the always free resources if you want better performance.

Start learnig docker on your local machine and then create virtual machine and practice more advanced including network and more there.

If your docker apps works fine on your local machine and virtual machine then upgrade your setup to KVM VPS and start deploying your applications.

There are other app deployment platforms as shared by members here and more that you can use for application deployments.
