looking for a source/script for question&answer with my special things

i looking for a source/script have below things:

i submit a question, and put answer myself too, and there be a comment system on it so visitors able send their comments,
usually source i saw is like this, i should put question and answer should submit with visitors,

what scripts or source you have suggest to me?

If your willing to post regularly and expecting larger visitor footprint you can hire a professional.

Take a look at question2answer, used to be great platform.

WordPress and Drupal can easily do this.

You need some plugins for WordPress. And you don't need any plugin for Drupal. Inbuilt features of Drupal can easily get this done.
