I am having their 2.22 EUR KVM VPS for nearly 6 months.
In honest, their support is nearly 0. If you open a ticket, no one responds. Even the chat box on their website shows it is online, the same. Suspended from my VPS accidentally due to a lack of staff communication, luckily there is nothing important inside. But if you give him some presure on the LET, he will suddenly reply quickly. Quite interesting right?
I met the IPv6 address, bandwidth and system reinstall failure issue after I bought it. After a long long way of finding support, they finally fixed all the issues. Because of this, they extended my VPS for 1 month for free.
Now, no more issues. It is having sharp uptime. Hardware doing its job well. Everything going well.
