FAQ

- Why is the price different?

We use pro rata for billing cycle, for example, the due date will be July 1st if you order after May 15th.

- Why is my order cancelled?

To use our services, you are required to provide your real and accurate legal name and residential address. All orders are reviewed by our anti-fraud system as well as our own staff. If we find your order or information is not accurate or fraudulent we will reject and refund your order.

- What bandwidth is allocated to my VPS?

We allocate each VPS with 1 TB bandwidth on 1 Gbps port. We count both incoming and outgoing bandwidth.

- What happen if bandwidth limit reached?

We will limit your port to 10 Mbps when you reach the bandwidth limit in US and EU locations. We will suspend your VPS to the end of the month when you reach the bandwidth limit in Asia-Pacific locations. You can upgrade your bandwidth at anytime in the client area.

- Do you allow service transfer?

For all VPS products, we do not allow account transfer.

- What ports do you block?

We block outgoing port 25 to prevent spamming, if you need to use port 25 for sending emails, you can contact us or use 3rd party email sending service.

Why only 1 IPv6 per VPS?

Why only 1 IPv6 per VPS?

Because we had a client used the whole /29 IPv6 to grab / scan Facebook, Google, etc. And the entire IPv6 prefix will be blocked.

To prevent abuse, we only provide 1 IPv6 for VPS customers, if you wish to have more IPv6 address, we can provide dedicated servers with /64 to /48 IPv6 subnets.

Is it just me or does this seem expensive compared to other LET providers? Old processor and no NVMe?

Yes, the transit pricing from Telstra and China Unicom is pretty high in Australia. Almost 10x EU and US.

Is it just me or does this seem expensive compared to other LET providers? Old processor and no NVMe?

Telstra is THE premium transit in Australia. Notoriously expensive, but they are the best you can get.

Those speeds from Sydney to those international locations are a marvel of engineering.

    The network is too good.
I wish there was a cheaper package.

  • The price is a little high-end in the low-end forum, but the network speed is good.

We don't use Ryzen CPUs, it's not for server production. But we have plan to use AMD EPYC CPUs in the future.

Cheaper package is impossible here in Sydney with the premium network, sorry for that.
