I got an online alert that the german node VPS status abnormal an hour ago.

control panel website(Status Down)
official website (Status Down)

I can't create a ticket to query due to the official website can't be opened.

No way to contact them.

Really wonder what happened.

server uptime is still >700d up, so i'd guess data center f-up

The server was still online apparently, just their whole network was dead.
