Contabo Pingtime becomes very high. Any good alternatives?

Hi,
I have few VPS servers with Contabo. Hosting for more than 3 years. Before their German server pingtime was about 180ms from India. But after they expanded to Singapore and US, their ping time becomes worse than ever! It is about 350ms from India!
I talked to them several times and they changed my node to another one for better performance, but not worked.

Any alternatives in terms of price and confirguration?

If you're using their Germany location currently have you tried Singapore? Singapore should have better latency to India.

I also have singapore. The ping time is good for Singapore. But there are packaet losses in ping. Also I am getting some weird result. When I am trying the ping I am getting about 80ms. But when a user (100km away) trying the ping, it takes 200ms! Isn't it weird?

    Thanks

Well the other ISP goes over different routes probably and isn't optimized.

Get a traceroute from them and compare it to a traceroute you do yourself.

I am not very familiar with this networking thing. I did the traceroute but didn't understand very well. I can see few IPs are from france and etc. Which is weird, why my users are routing like this: singapore > paris > India, why not it directly from singapore > India?
Could you please help me to understand and how to get this thing right?

    Here is my traceroute: https://prnt.sc/_yWOXKBFDaFL
Here is an user traceroute: https://prnt.sc/RERBoOwoOiZx

    Thanks
